I’ve been wanting to create a space for deeper writing and reflection for a while now. A platform to reach beyond this blog to a wider audience.

The world feels more intense and divided than ever, and I’ve been asking myself how to hold it all without getting lost in the noise. For me, writing is one way of sorting through the paradoxes, making sense of what I’m experiencing, and hopefully offering a framework that helps others too.

So I finally launched my Substack: Purpose, Polarity & Paradox.

It’s where I’ll be sharing longer reflections on the intersection of our inner and outer worlds. From living with purpose and navigating fear, to frameworks for understanding what’s happening in our society and how we can move toward something more life-giving.

It's for those with a sense of curiosity and a willingness to explore the big questions.

My latest post is about polarity. How positive and negative energies show up not just in politics, but in our relationships and even within ourselves. It’s about the temptation of vengeance, and how to find the balance between accountability and compassion.
