My approach
First, what it’s not…I am not an expert on how you or anyone else should live your life. I don’t tell you what to do, because that is not empowering or effective.
What I do is create an environment of safety, trust and deep listening where we can explore your guiding vision, your true values, as well as your judgments, fears and false stories that have been keeping you playing small.
My coaching is a client-driven process where there is no set agenda or content. We feel into what support you need in that moment to create the breakthroughs in your life that are calling you. During our sessions together, we will move into a heart-centered space where you can explore how you are showing up in your life and what truly brings you alive and inspires you. Together, we will map out your true values and your aligned goals that will pull you towards your vision with flow and certainty.

At the beginning of each 6-week coaching block, we will align on your overall intentions.
We will have a weekly 60 minutes on a Zoom call.
